Rainforest Evening: Anthropologie OOTN

I wore Moulinette Souers' Rainforest Morning Shirtdress to dinner with friends the other day and snapped these photos after I got home. I knew it was humid but didn't realize I was about to dine in a place with an amazing patio. When given the option and weather permitting, I will always choose to eat outdoors! By the end of the night I was glistening a bit (as you can see above), but very sated. I paired it with my Anthropologie pop-back Infinity Belt and gray Burberry Jeweled flats. I carried a vintage satchel by Coach. Chris was mocking me and my indulgent self-photography in the center side view, hence my bemused look.

Sorry I haven't commented for a while, but you always look fab in all your oufit pics! ;) This dress is one of my favourites of yours, you looks absolutely fabulous in it! So flattering, and such a lovely print and colour.
Major dress envy over here... :)

Yet another beautiful print dress that fits you like a glove! I was a teensy bit concerned when I read the title of this post as I initially thought you were off to dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. Are you familiar with this horrible chain? There's a fake thunder storm every few minutes through dinner, and when the thunder comes, giant robotic animals move around in entirely unnatural ways. Then there's the tasteless food that costs more than a basic handbag and comes on enormous plates with pointy bits that poke into you when you bend to lift the limp morsels from them.

But I digress. A Rainforest dress is an entirely different thing, and I covet this one almost as much as I covet the handbag from yesterday's post!

I'm really loving your hair, and I'm scheming ways on how I can swipe that bag! This dress always looks beautiful on you.

Lady, I wish we lived in the same city and could occasionally swap clothes! I love that dress! I have had a glistening sheen going on for the past couple of weeks. I've decided that it's sexy.

Little miss plump, Thanks so much!

A-dubs, I know exactly the place you describe and would never go there. I have heard of it but had no idea they had pointy plates and gimmicky faux storms.

Rad, Thank you! I stalk sales mostly.

Roxy, you are too kind!

Fshnonmymind, thanks so much for reading!

Tien, This bag was a great ebay bargain. I'm sure you could find one similar there.

Desert Flower, thank you! I think the ivory and black of the belt work well with the print of this dress.

Marianne, Thanks so much!

La historiadora, I wish we lived in the same city too! I kind of think we might be rustbelt neighbors, though!
