St. Cubes Day!

DVF green hearts leaves justin
(sorry about the crappy, fuzzy mirror photo! I left my camera in my car)

Ok so I don't have a Cubes dress like Rosa or the other Fashionism gals. But I do have a green DVF. To be honest I never really celebrate or observe St. Patty's Day, unless you count the occasional shamrock shake. Most of the beers I drink are too dark to dye green. And my family is Italian and Slovak so rarely have they made a big deal about it. I don't think I ever had corned beef before adulthood. But I like my little tradition with the Fashionism community. And even though I didn't have anywhere special to go today, as Thursdays are my write/work-from-home days, I threw this on for a dog walk (plus the two-paths trench). What is perhaps more exciting than St. Patrick's Day is that today marks my first day of bare legs!

I LOVE your DVF dress and I've been weary about trying wrap dresses because I didn't know if it would look good on a petite frame. Can I ask what size you take in DVF because if I get one it will be off eBay?

Also, I just did my St. Pat's day post over at FA.

Oh! Hot. Hot. Hot. You looking f-ing amazing in that dress! In every. single. picture. I really must get my paws on a DVF wrap. My goodness. If I look half that good, my hubs would be all over me! If you ever want to unload one, email me!

One last thing: you should look at the Faux Wrap dress at Banana. I got a petite Medium (I'm usually an 8P) and it fits like the DVF wrap. Really a knockout little number. It was on sale recently in black for $30. There are other less boring colors, too, but I like the darker ones for hiding my cellulite (ugh!). I also have navy. Great for dressing down with flats/sandals and dressing up with pumps and a big necklace.

ps. I'm glad you have a healthy body image but if there was supposed to be some major body shifts between the 3 photos I totally missed it.

I seriously thought that the only difference was the angle the photo was taken from.

The dress looks fantastic on you! I thought you looked beautiful in both pictures- though I don't see them anymore...

It's so freeing to have bare legs, isn't it? I just started to enjoy wearing tights. I felt too constricted wearing them in the past, but Hue's tights are very comfortable and come in a variety of colors.
