Wearing the pants

Anthro top
Missoni wool scarf (scored from DSW for $20 years back!)
Reva flats
Misc bracelets and necklaces

Lately as the temperatures have cooled, I've gravitated toward layers and pants. I don't think I wore pants to campus much last year (if at all). That will not hold true for this coming year.

Sometimes I feel like a bad blogger because so many girls wear pretty dresses and skirts all year, and as soon as the weather gets slightly chilly, I just want to live in pants. But here you are, showing that pants can look very chic!

I hear ya.  Cords have practically been my weekend uniform lately.  (Wearing them now, in fact)

Cute! Quick question...do you find that those cords fit true to size? I have been contemplating a purchase, but I can't decide whether to size up/down/tts...

Thanks!

whoa, crazy town- I'm actually wearing pants too!   Is this a trend? I feel so edgy and contemporary (ahem, what does that say about me...  ;)

On the other hand, I wore jeans the other night and was absolutely freezing- they definitely don't offer the same warmth as cuddly tights and a wool skirt!  But sometimes you just don't feel up to the whole tights circus, you know?

There's something about scarves too- they just add that je-ne-sais-quoi to an outfit.  And if they're gorgeous and Missoni-not-Target, well, I heartily approve of this new venture.

I've been wearing pants a lot lately too. It's so unusual because I definitely prefer skirts/dresses, but it's nice to change things up once in a while.

I approve!  I've worn them more since cutting my hair, myself.  Strange.
