Purple leather bag ootd

It is cool enough during the day to wear this to campus in June. But this photo isn't recent (and the bare trees make it obvious). There's a lot going on around here. Chris and I are house hunting and trying to prep our own home to sell eventually. We are working on writing projects, research projects, grants, work trips, fun trips, etc. We are wrapping up Emilia's music and swim classes. And we are enjoying the nice weather, spending lots of time outside. Life is full right now but that's a good thing.

Although I did wear this today, I forgot my camera. Since I never shared the above (not great) photo, I may as well now.

Easy Scoop OOTD

I keep taking my outfit photos at the end of my long days when I have a moment to be indulgent but when it's dark outside, I'm exhausted, and my make up is practically gone. I guess the one benefit of the poorly lit indoor photo is the result is almost too blurry to notice. Almost. I bundled myself in this thick wool cardigan on a single digit day earlier this month.  The dress is so lightweight that it needed the help. I am drafting this at 2am so I don't have anything insightful or poetic to add. April is almost here. That means the semester is almost (almost) over. Crunch time!

My extra 50% off haul

I know that sale goggles can be deceiving but I've admired this snail print blouse for a while. It says it is clouds but it is definitely snails. I hope it fits! Lots of stuff on sale today. Check Roxy's list. With the extra 50% off it is like buying wholesale shoes from city goddess.
