Target GO! Collection Re-Release

The other day I found myself in a Target that had a few of the GO! Collection's best of dresses. While there I grabbed the available sizes of the Temperley ruffle shirt dress and the Rodarte lace print dress. I liked both but didn't buy either, in part, because the sizes I needed weren't available. The Temperley dress was very sheer. I am wearing a large and it was sized generously. The Rodarte dress seemed nicer in person than I expected. I am wearing a small but needed one size up. The Tucker dress behind me had the wrong hanger so I thought I had grabbed a medium but it was an XS. I am not an XS and don't think I've ever been one. So that didn't make the blog (haha). But I'd say that all of them ran pretty true to size, if not a bit large.

Part of me feels like the fact that I passed on them the first time around means I should pass again. Is anyone else snatching up the GO! Collection re-releases?

I haven't picked up anything from this collection, although I keep going back to look at the Lace Print dress. I may end up giving it a try!

Really like that shirt dress.... I haven't found anything lately at Target, but then I try to avoid that store because I always manage to spend an extra $100 on stuff that I didn't know I needed. But, I did pick up a similiar shirt dress from Kohl's in a dark kahki color.

I actually bought the Rodarte dress and one of the Tucker dresses (the black one) and then returned them a few hours later after really considering them in the light of my home mirror. They were just a little too short on me to seem work-safe, and were poofy in unflattering places. Pretty fabrics though. I saw the Jovovich-Hawk dresses in my other Target yesterday and was tempted but thought they were a little too little-girlish.

I got the black Tucker dress as well the first time it was out. I think it's lovely, but it is short, and the fabric isn't particularly nice. I have to wear it with leggings and flat boots. It is making me want a real Tucker dress. ... And I don't wear it all that often, even with the cute pattern and cut just because the synthetic fabric is annoying. I have other Target clothes I do wear with no problem.

Seeing all of the blogs abuzz about Target has me thinking I may need to go and see what it's all about! Those dresses both look really pretty on you!

I can't get excited about these dresses, I think I'm just off Target in general.

i'm with you on the GO dresses- the ones i didn't love enough to scout out before, i'm passing on again. i might feel differently if i had a target closer to me :)

i think i only own 1 of the dresses, and that is the thakoon one. i feel like that one is more relevant to fashion in the past year than it was when it came out. i only wish they'd re-released it w/ a longer hemline!

I got the Rogan silk leopard dress, which was way too short for me, and I cut it off, hemmed and made it into a top. Love the print.

I didn't get any. I might still check it out but I've been trying to stay away from any shopping center for awhile. We'll see how long that lasts!

I am kind of happy that you didnt take these.. not because they didnt look nice but because I have seen things that look so much better.. although I kind of do recommend that if you go back to target look for the shirtdress in your size because that color looks great on you!
