Are You Interested in Pinterest?
Trust that I do not need another mediated venue, social or otherwise, through which to procrastinate. BUT I am having a great time with Pinterest. It is sort of combines my favorite aspects of polyvore, shopstyle, tumblr, and twitter into one giant inspiration board sharing space. Are you on it? I am looking for more people to follow who post pretty and cool stuff to pin!
ETA: Anyone who needs an invite, lmk. I can send them to your preferred email address. I don't think there's a limit.

I love pinterest! I will go there now to find your profile and follow you!
Same thing happened to me. It only took a few days for me to get the invite.
I am very interested; I signed up for an invite and got put on a waitlist however.
A few things:
1) I love the story that went with your previous post about the teacup dress. I am a fan of both tea and coffee - I drank tea early on with my grandma and coffee with my mom. I since spent my college years working at Starbucks, but I fondly remember being 9 and having coffee for the first time. I felt really cool and grown-up drinking Tiramisu flavored coffee until I got shaky and my cheeks turned bright red because my body was not ready for caffeine. Lol. Unrelated story, I know, but it's funny how warm drinks (tea and coffee) have managed to play a large role in my life and memories.
2) I (loosely) blame you + some mix of desiring to look reasonably professional for my newfound love of anthropologie's sale racks. I had disregarded that store (among others) because I felt priced out, but your good picks scored at great prices made me give it another chance. So thanks! (note: from me, not my bank account)
3) Can I get an invite? I see others have signed up and received an invite in a few days, but I'm American and prefer instant gratification. It's a hard life, I know. In any case, my email address is boltisawesome (at) gmail.com.
And in case you didn't notice, I love your blog!
Cheers!
