How high is too high for a clumsy gal?
I admit I am not the most graceful person, regardless of the shoes I wear. But I try not to tempt the fates by wearing impossibly high heels on a frequent basis. I'm comfortable hovering (or perhaps teetering) between 2 and 3 inches. I do have my new-to-me ChloƩ oxfords, but the sturdy wooden heel and one inch hidden platform make them a bit more manageable. Despite my clumsiness, the above are on their way to me. They are another pair of oxfords I've coveted for some time, from L.A.M.B. Although I am not certain that I will be able to pull them off for day to day, I got them for so little money that I am gong to try.

Teetering in high heels must be an Aries-lady thing. Can't wait to see what ensemble accompanies these sick good heels. :)
Those are gorgeous! Even if they are too high for all-day wear, they will be great for a date night or something similar.
Ooooh, where did you get them??? They are fierce. If they don't work out for you and they're anywhere close to a size nine, let me know...
PS, love the tag "high risk heels."
I am the klutziest girl I know but I am also the only one to wear heels. I think, for some reason, there is a likelier chance I'll trip over my own two feet in flats than something understandable, like heels. These are killer. I am all about oxford heels!
I would wear the hell out of those L.A.M.B. oxfords even though it would mean I'd be teetering all day. Still, worth it.
I think you'll be fine Jess! I found them really comfortable and well balanced, and I'm even able to break into a short (albeit awkward) run with them.
Oh I love them! Where did you get them?
Adorable! I max out at 2.5 inches or 3 if they have a platform, but then again I also live in a place where jeans and fleece are the norm so w/ any heel at all I am towering and feeling really decked out:)
I am a super klutz, but I love me some high heels. It really depends on the make of the shoe for me. So long as the heel is centered correctly I'm fine. It's when the heel is too far forward or back that I trip and stumble my way up the block.
