In honor of its markdown I figured I should post a long-overdue review of this Many Folds Dress. The allover print is of sketched and folded paper
I also thought the length overwhelmed me. But this is a cool dress, even if it isn't right for me personally. I recommend sizing down and relishing the pretty print. For the entire list of today's markdowns, see Roxy's list. It is taking a lot of willpower to not buy myself a Missoni scarf. But they're still a bit pricey compared to the DSW closeout prices of yesteryear. Did you get anything?

I loved this dress also, but knew after trying on the Winter Tree Shirtdress that this would likely look more like a kimono on me than anything I could wear out. Like you, I was taken in by the pattern.
I had my eye on that dress, but since I just decided to keep the Winter Tree I think it would be one dress too far. Or something. Can one have too many silk dresses in light prints on dark background? This week's sale has me coveting that giant plaid sweatercoat but so far my finger has stayed off the trigger.
I love this dress, saw it in person and fell in love. I think the print is origami cranes though? My memory might be foggy though. Even though it's not for you, looks nice on you :)
Haha yes they do, and now I feel bad for pointing that out due to fried-brain. I do like the rhyming though :D
Definitely love the print, but way too much fabric...! I wish I had a missoni scarf though...
This reminds me of the the Winter Tree Shirtdress by Maeve. A wrap dress made from the most amazing midnight blue Silk with gold branches. I was drowning in the 4, and still swimming in the 2. I tried everything.
This dress is just rediculously huge and devoid of any shape up top Jess.
Remember re the Missoni Scarf: Cost per wear.........
haha just replied above about that dress myself.
