I just loved the subtle all-over bird print of Leifsnotes' White Gulls Dress so I grabbed a large on a recent visit to Anthropologie, anticipating a small-to-size fit. I found it to run small in some places and large in others. The shoulders were too large for me and my bra kept being exposed. I thought it was a little short for my personal comfort zone. The jersey viscose was substantial enough to not require a slip but it was clingy around my midsection in ways that made me uncomfortable. The gathered fabric on the side creates a fun asymmetrical detail but the heft of the fabric itself weighed down that side of the dress on me (hence the visible bra strap in both photos). There was plenty of room in the bust which is good news for those of us who are busty. The price point on this one is relatively reasonable but I am passing on it personally.

Thanks for the review Jess! i was just at the store with roxy today and was drawn to this dress too. Sad that it's clingy around the torso, which is my problem area. Online reviews were so-so, i may just have to try it out and see!
I love the print on the dress, but it seems like the fit just isn't right. That's a shame.
